1. What we collect

When you create a Jammat account and use the eligibility checker, we collect: your name, email address, and phone number; profile details such as nationality, country of residence, and graduation year; your academic record (high school name, curriculum, academic stream, and GPA or percentage); any documents you upload when applying to a program; and messages you send to an advisor.

2. How we use it

We use this information to compare your academic profile against our partner universities' admission requirements and show you the programs you qualify for; to let you save programs, apply, and track application status; to send account-related emails (verification, password reset, application updates); and to improve the accuracy and usefulness of the platform.

3. Who we share it with

We share your academic profile and application documents with a partner university only when you choose to apply to one of its programs, or reach out to an advisor about it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and third-party resources

Jammat uses a small number of essential cookies (one to keep you signed in, one to remember your language preference) and loads fonts and styling from Google Fonts and Tailwind CSS. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run any analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking scripts. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

5. Data retention and security

We keep your account and academic data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to support any application you've submitted through the platform. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

You can review and update most of your information anytime from your profile page. You can also ask us to correct, export, or delete your data, or to withdraw consent to future processing, by contacting us — see the Contact section on the homepage.

7. Payments

Jammat doesn't process any payments yet — see our Refund Policy for details. Once paid services launch, this section will describe what payment information is collected and how it's handled.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We'll change the "last updated" date above when we do.
