1. Using Jammat

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your academic history. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

2. What the eligibility checker is (and isn't)

The programs Jammat shows you are based on the admission rules our partner universities have given us and the academic information you enter. It's a matching tool to help you find programs worth applying to — it is not an offer of admission, and it doesn't guarantee that any university will accept your application. Final admission decisions are made by the university, not by Jammat.

3. Applying through Jammat

When you apply to a program, upload documents, or message an advisor, that information is shared with the relevant partner university as part of your application. You're responsible for the accuracy and completeness of anything you submit.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the platform — for example, by submitting false academic information, attempting to access another student's account, or using Jammat to scrape or resell our catalog of universities and programs.

5. No guarantee, limitation of liability

We work to keep admission requirements accurate and up to date, but requirements can change on a university's end before we update them. Jammat is provided "as is," and to the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for admission decisions, deadlines you miss, or losses arising from reliance on information shown on the platform.

6. Account termination

You can stop using Jammat and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of Jammat is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.

8. Who operates Jammat

Placeholder — to be filled in once the business is formally registered: legal entity name, registered address, and commercial registration/license number.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll change the "last updated" date above when we do.
