Refund Policy

1. Jammat doesn't process payments yet
Creating an account, using the eligibility checker, saving programs, and applying through Jammat are all free today. Jammat doesn't charge application fees, consultation fees, or any other payment at this time, and no online payment processing is connected to the platform — so there is currently nothing to refund.
2. When fees are introduced
We plan to introduce paid services in the future (for example, per-application fees or paid advisor consultations), processed through a payment provider. Before any such fee goes live, this page will be replaced with a real refund policy — covering when a refund is available, how to request one, and how long it takes — and you'll be shown the applicable terms before you pay anything.
3. University application fees
Separately from Jammat's own fees, a partner university may charge its own application fee once you formally apply to one of its programs. Any such fee is the university's own, governed by that university's own refund rules — not Jammat's — and we'll always tell you clearly before you pay whether a fee is Jammat's or the university's.
4. Questions
If you believe you were charged in error, or have a question about a payment, contact us — see the Contact section on the homepage.
